We had a wonderful weekend where got new photos taken for our blog and coaching business. So much as changed for us personally and now in our business this year that we wanted new pictures that reflected this change.

We are so freakin excited about our new pictures and blown away with how well they turned out. Thank you so much Asia!

We have been up-leveling ourselves and business, and we needed to up-level our photos. 🙂 Asia captured it beautifully!

Seeing the pictures we are so proud of ourselves and for the girls in the pictures. We feel so powerful and comfortable in our skin (even with our imperfections). Even though we don’t have the leanest bodies as personal trainers we showed up us US. Real. True. Purely us. #bepurelyyou

We didn’t do anything crazy with our workouts as that’s not us anymore. We wanted these photos to be the true reflection of where we are right now in our lives and embrace it fully.

We wanted to share what we ate for the week leading up to the photoshoot.  We didn’t do any “photoshoot”prep. We showed up just as we are – powerful, relentless souls and tired eyes.

You’ll see how we ate in a week, which is pretty much like we do 365 days of the year.

Not much changes in how we ate except we didn’t have any wine. Besides that what we ate is pretty standard in our house as you saw in our 7 foods we eat every day video.

Over the past few years we’ve learned what really works for our individual bodies and how to eat that doesn’t feel restricted. We honor our bodies and focus on eating foods that fuels us and of course satisfies our soul, so yes we have chocolate every day. IT works for us.

It may not be for you and that’s totally okay. It shouldn’t.

You need to focus on finding foods that you enjoy, satisfies you and makes you feel good.

What we ate the week before our photoshoot. We are fitness lifestyle coaches sharing our mindful moderation approach to eating that includes eating chocolate every day. We use to be binge eaters and girls who would jump to jump diet trend to the next in hopes to fix us. But that is not where true happiness is. We hope this video helps you see you don't have to diet, you can eat the foods you love and still have a healthy fit body.

We hope by us sharing what we ate inspires you to be more open-minded and come from a place of curiosity when it comes to food. AND that you don’t need to diet.

We love our mindful eating approach where we no longer stress over what we eat or how much. We understand our hunger and fullness cues.

For us, we wanted a way of eating where we didn’t have to think anymore. It’s easy. Where food wasn’t always on our minds.

Where we are able to fuel our bodies while maintaining a healthy weight for our individual bodies that keeps our hormones, skin, and digestion happy, as well as overall feeling good . Remember we are all different and need different things.

We eat, enjoy and move on. No more obsessing over everything.  We stick to the foods we know works for our bodies but not perfect either.  It is about having a moderation and some fun.

Nutrition is a big part of any physical or health goal, but you need movement too. We did all our #purelyfitlife workouts inside our Fit Fab program. You want to push your body just enough without over doing it. We do a combine of workouts to sculpt our bodies from every angle. We do a mix of HIIT, strength training, low impact and planking.

We did no extra workouts. Just our normal 20 minutes or less full body workouts.

We are super grateful to have found Asia to do our photos. Another girl boss in action! We loved connecting with her and excited for future products.

If you are in the SLO area and need photos done Asia is amazing. She made us feel like a million bucks, as well as Natalie the makeup and hair artists. She was easy to work with and takes fabulous photos. We ended buying all the photos she did. It was a larger investment than we were planning but we value ourselves more now and we are worth it.
