Just like you and well so many of us, we deal with feeling overwhelmed. We feel the stress building inside us to the point we feel exhausted – both mentally and physically. We feel the anxiety, panic…but it doesn’t happen often.
We have learned somethings to feel less stressed when thinking about everything we need to get done. Here are 3 tips we use to help with stop feeling overwhelmed to help you.
When we feel overwhelmed it stalls us from moving forward to reaching our dreams. We don’t want that right? There is so much we could say about overwhelm but we didn’t want to overwhelm you 😉 We kept it to 3 bigs shifts we did that helped us feel more excited when looking at everything we have to do.

As we mentioned in video this is an on-going process just like with loving ourselves. Every day we check in and ask what is going to move us forward. No more multi-tasking but get really focused.
It’s up to you how you choose to approach everything you have to get done.
Over time you’ll find a system, and don’t be afraid to ask for help. We do and it has helped a lot.
Our 3 tips to stop feeling overwhelmed to feel more at peace and less stressed:
- Brain dump – get everything out of your head and onto paper
- Know who you are and what you want – this helps give your clarity on what is priority and urgent and what is just important
- Shift your mindset – do you think in lack or abundance
Be more mindful of your energy. It’s you choice – will it drain you or uplift you?
Get super clear on YOU – make sure things on your list are really what you want to do? Maybe there are things you can get rid of that don’t really matter to you. Remember to keep things simple.
Ask yourself why do you feel overwhelmed? Are you on the hunt to fix you? Are you trying to be perfect? This goes back to not feeling enough or that you are not doing enough. A trap we all get caught up in. Check to see if you are doing these 3 mistakes to hold you back.
Rethink how you do things off your to do list. This can help you see your to do list as a bit less draining. This is my list and I am just going to do my best. And trust that I am doing the best I can.
