We’ve been able to maintain our “healthy” weight that works for us (with the normal fluctuations that happen to us all) for over 5 years. Side note: We will all have different “healthy weights” as we are all different and experiencing different things.

Each year we have gotten better at learning how to eat right for our bodies and health, and how to workout smarter not harder. We’ve improved our mindset which has helped us enjoy life so much MORE and have LESS stress and anxiety around what we are eating and what our bodies look like.

Getting in shape or eating doesn’t have to be hard or stressful. You can actually enjoy it all! Isn’t that what we are all after in a some way, do feel happy in our bodies and life?

Tips to get fit without dieting and tons of exercising

1 – Keep it simple. Doing too much just adds unnecessary stress.

2 – Less is more. Are you doing so much because you don’t think it’s enough?

3 – Workout smarter.

4 – Stop dieting and restricting. Being to create your own mindful moderation way of eating.

5 – Have a supportive community.

6 – Have a positive grateful mindset.

7 – The deep soul questions to ask yourself: ” Why do I feel struggle with maintaining my weight? Why do I feel like I have to go to extremes to get fit? Why do I feel I have to diet? Deep questions but seriously life changing. 

We all have ebb and flow in life, which is why we say you have to love yourself now. Because there will be periods in your life that you won’t be able to workout or eat the foods you want to eat due to life things happening.

Enjoy your journey. Enjoy the process of getting in shape and taking care of yourself.
