Here’s what you get:

  • 14 week fitness self-care challenge
  • Daily workout videos – including 5 new ones coming soon – workouts to tone, lift and shape!
  • All workouts can be done at home and take under 30 minutes. Only equipment you need is a pair of dumbbells.
  • Daily motivation and tips to keep you mentally and spiritually strong.
