You have heard us mention before that we used to value our appearance on fitting in and people liking us because we didn’t think people would like us for us. So we could control what our bodies looked like, we could fake confidence, etc. Not realizing it was the inner self-talk that we had in our head day after day that was hurting us.

We had no idea what self-love was, or what it meant to look within.

We had no idea that our thoughts were creating our outer world, and why we felt stuck in the same old patterns. This was a huge self improvement tip that really changed our lives and our clients lives too.

Yes of course there are things that happen and are totally shitty and how in the hell could you ever want to manifest that. Trust us we didn’t want acne or hell eczema. But we didn’t know how to deal with our emotions, we just kept them so over time they just boiled in us and eventually came out through our skin as well our stomach issues. Which makes so much sense as there is a mind-gut connection.

But even with the shitty things happening that our outside our control we still have a choice in how we want to react and handle them.

When you are in the right mind coming from LOVE you are connected to God and through him anything is possible. But if we live in fear we are letting the ego take over which leads us to continue to struggle.

We realize now we were putting all of our attention on what was wrong with us – like just picking and picking at our skin, thinking we were ugly. 24/7 our thoughts were consumed with whatever issue we were facing. All of our energy was on these “bad” things not the good things in our life and bodies.

We are sharing this because we have personal experienced the shift in our mindset and to finally heal our bodies inside out. Our world has changed.

Now we want the same for you!

We all have so much “junk” and “inner mean girl” inside our thoughts telling us things that aren’t true. Which holds us back in life. Makes us feel not enough, not smart enough, not thin enough.

In order to change your relationship with your body image you have to do some deep inner work, especially your beliefs and thoughts around food and fitness.

Your mind and subconscious mind make up your inner worlds. Your life, your reality, your situation and your surrounds make up your outer world.

If you are finally ready to change or improve your life and your body, you have to start making changes on the inside. Your inner world. This will change your life. We are living proof. 

It’s really that simple.

The tricky part is actually changing your inner world. That takes courage and time.
