We put this body image challenge together in response to chatting with our PT tribe. So many of the girls mentioned struggling with body image and we want to help you with this struggle.

We aren’t saying you’ll love your body completely by the end of the 5 days, but this is designed to start your journey to loving yourself, being confident in your own skin and learning to love your body as it is now. Everything we will be sharing you can carry with you, throughout your life.
We have learned how to love our bodies, if we can do it so can you. We were girls who never felt good enough, picked at our bodies and suffered from body dysmorphia. All of this lead, as you know, to our history of dieting, restricting, binging, and overexercising. We don’t want you to go down the same dark path we did.
If you don’t start being more open to loving yourself now, you’re never more forward, never change. And we want you to see that you are enough and see your full potential.
The journey to self-love and acceptance is not easy and it doesn’t happen over overnight. This is a mini-course to learning to stop obsessing and start living with being more open to self-love.
