We personally love the beginning of a new year. It really is a fresh start so to speak because the days and weeks ahead haven’t been written. And you have the POWER to create your life starting with today through your choices and thoughts.
For years we struggled with overexercising, fearing lifting weights, binge eating, and poor self confidence. It wasn’t until we got completely burnt out of working out for 2 hours a day. Our bodies weren’t changing. We were only getting more frustrated and our health and skin were going south. Then we discovered how to workout shorter (and smarter) not longer. We discovered a way to workout for a short amount of time without comprising our health and body.
Overtime we started to see improvements in all parts of our lives from skin improving, getting stronger physically (and mentally), gaining more energy, hormones started to balance out, self confidence increased, and re-discovered us in a whole new way.
It wasn’t overnight success. It was years in the making. It started with being consistent and never giving up. Doing less to start living more.
