Gluten-free grain-free egg-free plantain sugar cookies for Christmas

We made a batch of our gluten-free grain-free plantain sugar cookies. 

We had to test them to make sure they were still good 😉

They are! Madison enjoyed making them with us…although it leaves the kitchen a bit messier.

Lori filmed a new postpartum workout for Retrain Your Core (RYC)

She has been getting a little down as she hasn’t been able to do as much core work as she wants, but I remind her that she is doing the best she can at this moment. So if you too feel being down about anything remember we are all doing the best we can.


Yay I dropped my phone. I decided to upgrade to the iphone7 plus.

LOVE IT. Still getting used to it and sync up my two phones data, but love the bigger screen.

  2. I’m struggling with my anorexia recovery and I just wanted to tell you girls that you really inspired me to eat for pleasure and balance. I’ve been making more homemade things using your recipes and love them. And plantains are a staple now. I focus on health, not calories.Thank you so much.
