Highlights of our week and shout outs to our Purely Twins community.
Highlights From Our Week:
Highlights from our week:
Lyla is 3 months old and starting to have longer wake times. Each day she is becoming more aware of her surroundings. I love this stage.
Besties. Madison loves her auntie.
Loving this new book. We are just about done with it. I (Michelle) meet Bonnie at a business mastermind event and immediately hit it off. We had similar issues and past stories. Check out True to your Core book if you have been doing some self development work and still have some missing pieces that you want to finally let go.
New toy from grandpa aka Pop.
Madison really loves music 😉 She loves this new toy.
I’ve been filming lots of short new workouts for #purelyfitlife and working on the new workout schedule for December. Doing something totally different this month. Super excited to see our clients end this year with a bang.
Mom and daughter.
Lyla enjoyed her first Thanksgiving. We had so much to be thankful for.
No bake pumpkin pie. Love this dessert. We’ve made it twice already!
As much as we enjoy baked pumpkin pie we actually prefer this no bake recipe. It’s just sooo good.
As you know we love Onnit and are affiliates with them as we love their quality, and for the past few weeks we’ve been adding this daily green mix into our breakfast mushes. We aren’t huge fans of cherry but the flavor has grown on us.

If you love chocolate this individual cake is for you. Such an easy cake to make in a snap!
Lori’s filmed 8 BRAND new postpartum workouts these past few weeks for #retrainyourcore online program.
I am so proud of her she is working hard to make sure her pregnancy and postpartum programs are the best.
AND we got some other very EXCITING NEWS!!
Lori’s 9 month pregnancy fitness program is open, make sure to check it out if you are pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant to help workout smarter to prevent a large ab separation (diastasis) postpartum.
Obsessed with this combo for a quick dressing: tahini, Annie’s horseradish mustard and Primal Kitchen’s paleo mayo mixed together over greens. So good.
The best salad dressing we’ve been having just about every day.
Give it a try! Here we have greens topped with canned salmon, and the dressing. We get all these food items from Thrive Market.
New matching plaid pants for the girls. We’re thinking we need to get some too.
Surfers! We don’t surf but love watching them.
Jax not sure about this HUG thing 😉
Mom and her girls.
I took some Christmas photos of the family yesterday for their Christmas card. I managed to get a few shots before it started raining.
#ptsisters shout outs:
