Welcome to the last 2 days of the#PT16x16 challenge!!
We can’t believe how quickly this challenge has gone by. With 2 kids now time really flies by!!
By now, you may notice that your body is stronger and more toned BUT most importantly we hope you FEEL confident, balanced, happy, motivated and comfortable in your own skin. We are so proud of you!
For a warm-up you can do a 2 minute plank or this warm up routine
Don’t forget to cool down for at least 5 minutes with some nice stretching after each workout. We also would like you to get daily walks in during these 16 days, anywhere from 15-30 minutes.
Keep up with your post workout meditation. Spend 3-5 minutes after your workout to reconnect with your inner soul. Focusing on deep breathing and clearing your mind.
After a few deep breaths ask yourself, how do I want to feel to do? What do I need today? What do I need to focus on this week or today? Where do I need to focus on more in my life?

What we want you to focus on:
Keep your thoughts positive.
Remember change takes time, but with this challenge it has helped you be consistent with your workouts. With consistency comes change. This challenge was just the beginning of your new fit lifestyle.
Take some time to celebrate your successes. Let yourself feel all the emotions you need to feel. Sometimes as women we feel bad for being emotional, we say let it out. Also don’t feel guilty for being proud of yourself and all that you’ve accomplished. Own your power.
A few key things to have a happy balanced fit life: Have fun. Stay positive. Love yourself. Trust your journey. Fall in love with the process.
You’re worth it.

It takes practice as our inner mean girls like to come out and test us A LOT. But you’re strong.
Food will always be part of life, so focus on the foods that make you feel your best.
You have this one body so take care of it from the inside out.
