We’ve talked about overcoming the fear of eating fats before and how eating more fats helped our hormones and skin so you know we love to eat our fats. Now a high fat diet not is not for everyone. We’ve been eating a higher fat diet for over 3 years and love it. We love enjoying recipes like this that are made from coconut and low in sugar.

It is strange for us to think we eat this way now as we remember eating spray butter, low fat this and that, now we’re like how can we add more fat? haha We feel so much better. So it’s important to eat fat, but experiment to find how much your body can handle.

Eat fat to burn fat!

AH! Love this!
How long will this stay intact (i.e. UNmelted) at room temperature?
Thanks <3

It depends how hot it is where you are- so if it’s not too hot it should stay good at room temperature for 10-20 minutes. If it is really hot we would say 5 minutes or keep it cold. Hope this helps
