It’s 16 workouts 16 minutes long for 16 days. Including 16 days of positive support and mindset to keep you feeling your best inside and out.

We created this workout challenge to help ladies who are overexercising to workout less and still get results.  We overexercised for years until we learned how to workout smarter not harder. For the past few years we have been working out under 30 minutes a day and got better results in our physique than ever before. We want to motivate other ladies who are hating their bodies because they aren’t changing to give this workout less challenge a try.

Why we created this challenge? 

We created this challenge from our transformation and understanding of what it really takes to have the body and life we desire. Being fit and happy isn’t just achieved by what you look like. It’s also what you think and who you surround yourself with. 

From being cardio addicts for so many years we finally decided to work out differently. 

Saw some results. Gained more muscle, had more energy. 

But something else was missing. 

We still didn’t LOVE our bodies or felt fully comfortable in our skin. 

We were still trying to find that thing to fix us. We still had health and skin problems despite changing how we worked out.

We felt alone.

We realized it was our mindset. 

The thoughts we had were still keeping us in a negative cycle. 

Once we become aware of our thoughts things started to change. 

It’s a daily practice and having a community to support you is key to keep going because there will be good and bad days. 

But through working out smarter not harder we gained more inner strength that gave us the confidence to face anything. Even the confidence to become comfortable with working out less coming from girls who had to workout for an hour or more.

We discovered how to use movement as a way to show our bodies love. To discover more about us.

It starts Monday, September 26th.

1 – Check in on the blog every Monday to get your workout schedule starting September 26th. You’ll get 16 minute long workouts (not in real time except 4 of them). No email required. 2 – VIP option

  6. just to clarify the last point…it only ciunts if we only do your workouts.

    am I not able to do any other workouts to be eligible for anything?

    I still plan to follow cuz I love the idea but just wanted to clarify. 🙂

    1. Some of them do and some are bodyweight. We provide what to do if you don’t have equipment – mostly just need a set of dumbbells.
