Are you ready to sculpt your full body in this 20 minute bodyweight workout? Come work out with me in this fun animal inspired workout? No equipment is needed. Just yourself and a good attitude.
I’m super excited to be sharing this workout with you. Lori and I actually filmed this one with some of our other workouts we have already shared before months ago. We like to batch things to help with productivity and time management. Something we discussed in this video talking about preparing our business for baby. This was actually our last one. YIKES! Now we have to figure out how to film videos for you now that we have two little ones around.
This concept of batching can be applied to life not just business. Do your meal prep all in one day if that is something that makes you more productive during your week. Do all your errands in one day (we try to do this!). It’s about getting focused on one main task and taking action. No more sitting around wishing and hoping. Yes the universe has your back when you put out there what you desire, but you have to do the work too. Speaking of the universe did you order Gabby’s new book? We are super excited for it. This is an area we love learning more about.
We are also super pumped for all the wonderful ladies that joined us inside our Stop Obsessing Start Living program. We love being able to see so many motivated women step into their power and watch their transformations (one great thing about being a coach). When we do things together we can accomplish more and change the world. Exciting stuff, right?
Okay back to the workout…
I’ve always wanted to do an animal inspired workout. I think they are fun and challenging so I really enjoyed putting together this routine. Madison wanted in on the fun too, as you’ll see her in the video below.
Please note this is not safe if you have diastasis, so make sure you are following Lori not me.

Mantra for week – I am fierce. I am wild. I am free. I am creative. I am strong.
Do any of these words resonate with you?
I will admit I used to be fearful of calling myself wild, fierce and strong. Why? Not really sure guess I thought people would think I was stuck up or worried what if I didn’t live up to those words.
Crazy how we can create these things in our minds. Sometimes we really do make things bigger than they really are. We get in our own way.
Lately with the focus of Heather’s Your Creative Self meditation program, it has been helping with this part of me. Allowing myself to feel and explore my true power and creative side. I will admit I love it. Every day I feel more free, fierce…well I feel more like me.
If you’re feeling stuck ask yourself, “Am I allowing my true self to shine? I have lost connection with my soul and who I really am?” Meditation has really helped me reconnect and get aligned again.
I am still a work in progress but just like fitness it’s a journey. A journey of bumps, dips, cracks, hills and mountains. But when we all discover our inner strength amazing things start to happen.
Let us know what was your favorite move. See you in the next workout.
xoxo Michelle (and Lori)
