Meg believes in the power of self-love as we do to have a lasting healthy relationship with food and yourself. But you have to know who you are. As Meg mentions, “Be yourself to free yourself.” Amen to that.
Each day we become more and more comfortable being us, purely us. Each day we discover more about ourselves which is so life changing.
To be able to be comfortable with yourself and know who you are on a deeper, inner level creates a whole new vibrant world with so many opportunities. It’s scary at first. A lot fear will want to hold you back, but as Meg said, “See fear as your friend”. Seeing fear this way makes things less scary. Love that and totally agree!
