I am enough. I do enough. I feel enough mantra.

Mantra for week –  I am enough. I do enough. I feel enough.

Being girls we can feel like we aren’t doing enough. Something else could have been done. You could have done more. But really all of us are enough just as we are. We do our best with what we have, right?

Working out is one way I feel stronger inside so it reflects on the outside with having an intention with my workouts.

Saying these words before you workout will help you start forming a better relationship with yourself, your body and your workouts. Change your mind to change your body.

Let us know what was your favorite move. See you in the next workout.

    1. Thank you Cassie. Coming from girls who never felt worthy and like we were ever good enough this is been a huge mantra for us to say over and over again. Now we believe it 🙂 xoxo
