Before we get into the workout I want to mention this is not safe for women that have diastasis.
I love finding new exercises to challenge my body that are fun too. Life is too short not to have fun. The same applies to your workouts. Keep them fun, attainable and challenging. I think you will find this workout to fit the bill.

Mantra for week – I am enough. I do enough. I feel enough.
Being girls we can feel like we aren’t doing enough. Something else could have been done. You could have done more. But really all of us are enough just as we are. We do our best with what we have, right?
Working out is one way I feel stronger inside so it reflects on the outside with having an intention with my workouts.
Saying these words before you workout will help you start forming a better relationship with yourself, your body and your workouts. Change your mind to change your body.
