Highlights of our week and shout outs to our Purely Twins community.

weeklysparks

Highlights from our week:

Swing set on the beach!

Swing + beach = bliss

We love how  some of the beaches around here have swing sets on them!

family-pic

Madison is actually looking at the camera!!

It is hard to take family pictures so I treasure them.

brisket-paleo-dinner-real-foods-from-us-wellness-meats

We love brisket and saw that us wellness meats started offering cooked brisket, so we bought it to try it out. We are glad we did; it was great.

Vizsla and toddler hugging

Their bond grows more and more each day.

Pregnant doing core work

Squeezing in my workouts and core work in when I can.

Healthy organic foods from Thrive Market. A great way to save money on organic foods.

Our Thrive Market order!

We saved over $50 on this order.

We love shopping online and saving some money too, especially since some of the foods we eat are expensive. We feel investing in ourselves is one of the best things we can do for our health and happiness.

Homemade gluten-fre paleo cinnamon toast crunch cereal

Cinnamon toast crunch made our way 🙂

This hit the spot for us for breakfast one morning.

home-workouts-for-upper-body

Inside Purely Fit Life Michelle and our PT sisters are focusing on upper body!

Irish coffee with a twist

Michelle enjoyed some Irish coffee. She got keys to her place.

Twin sisters running an online business together

Best friends. Business partners. Twin sisters.

We love the work we do – we love sharing free workouts, recipes, self-love tips and more here for you to enjoy as well as creating exclusive content for our clients. Love seeing their transformations.

We are also working on a new FREE training series about working out less. Sign up so you don’t miss the details coming this week.

eating-avocado-Popsicle

Popsicle face 🙂

We shared us making this recipe on snap chat and it came out, but we didn’t write it done. But we think we blended one avocado, about 1/2 cup yogurt and 2 tbsp maple.

Madison approves.

  1. Quality food is so good for the body and mind!

How do you guys budget for food? What is your weekly budget or do you do it by month since your income is variable?
