We are back with a brand new workout for you. This is our first workout in our new home… California. We are still trying to figure out where we plan on filming all our workouts for the blog and for our purely fit life club. We are thinking it might be a mix of outdoors and indoors in Lori’s new place. Either way we are truly enjoying this new chapter in our lives. Excited about the future (mixed in with a little fear, but having fear is normal; it means we are trying and taking chances).

We took some of our favorite moves and combined them for a killer exercise. We love in and out abs and we increased the challenge by adding in jump squats to burn out those legs of yours.
In addition, we added in a new move using a bench to target your quads and your inner thighs. This move requires balance too so working your core in this exercise.

Your legs are going to be on FIRE! Mine were and it felt great.
Working your lower body fires up your metabolism!
The more muscle groups you work, the more calories you burn. As your legs comprise three large muscles plus many other smaller ones. Training your legs burns a high number of calories and gives your metabolism a boost. To get your leg workouts to burn more fat and lead to greater fat loss, pick mainly compound movements that work multiple muscle groups, like squats and step-ups in this workout. These are far better for fat loss than single joint isolation movements. Plus these exercises are fun too.
