We don’t have a new workout for you today. With the move and Michelle has been sick we really haven’t been working out these past few weeks. Just focusing on walking and doing some core work. Things are starting to come together for us here so we will be getting back into regular filming soon. So today we thought we would share some amazing recipes with you.
We love peanut butter. We loved it growing up, but Michelle started to avoid it when she was young because of her itchy skin. She felt it was a culprit so we turned to almond butter, which is just as tasty as peanut butter.
But deep down peanut butter was our favorite but as we got more into “healthy eating” we would read articles about peanut butter and how you shouldn’t be eating it.
Everyone said – Peanut butter is bad. Don’t eat it.
So we didn’t. We felt we were doing our health good for avoiding it.
But honestly our health was no different.
We are so happy to say we no longer worry about food being good or bad because honestly someone is always going to say don’t eat this or that.
We say – focus on food you like and that makes you feel good.
