We are.

Our thighs touch. We have no problem with them touching. Although this was an issue we did hate when we were younger. Being girls who grew up in FL shorts were something you wore a lot, and we hated to wear them because of our thighs. When we walked our shorts would ride up. So annoying.

But overtime we’ve worked on our body image and truly love and appreciate our legs. There’s nothing wrong if your thighs touch!

We’ve learned that just because our thighs touch doesn’t mean we aren’t worthy or not beautiful.  The same goes for you. Everyone has different body structures and we are all beautiful in our own ways. Some people’s thighs touch and others don’t.

Okay enough thigh gap talk – let’s chat about your amazing inner thighs.  They are still a muscle that need love and attention. It’s not an area you exercise through everyday activities.

Mantra for week –  I have everything inside of me to succeed. 

This was a mindset shift that took us a few months (maybe even years) to fully realize. For so long we never felt good enough. We knew we wanted to be successful and live our dream life but struggled with actually believing. We had a mindset of lack.

It takes time to tell yourself on a daily basis that you have all the answers inside of you. The hardest part is taking time to be alone to learn who you are.

The more you start believing (or at least be open to believing) in your own ability to succeed, the more likely it will happen.
