  3. Long time reader, never commenter because full-time working momma of 2! I love your videos like this and gives me great inspiration to let go of years of cardio and running to simple at home workouts. I actually am starting to feel more fit rather than skinny from running and of course fueling my body better versus eating like garbage because I ran 12 miles!! Thanks ladies!!!!
