Oh boy things have been so crazy here with Madison and her cousin Joy. Never a dull moment.

Two kids are exhausting!  We are not sure how our mom did it with 4 girls!!! Even Jax is passing out at 3 pm.

We haven’t been getting up before everyone else in the house to do our holiday bootcamp workouts. Instead, we have been doing a little in the morning with everyone around and then again later in the day before dinner. What we focus on during these busy times is moving the body even if it is only 5 minutes. We feel doing a little workout is better than nothing.

Having kids and a dog are great for keeping us active. What is your house like now? Family/kids around?
