We are having a slow moving morning over here. How is your morning going?
We have to admit we don’t mind having mornings like this. We enjoy taking our time welcoming the day, especially curling up on the couch enjoying our coffee with Madison and Jax by our sides while we go over our goals for the day.
The weather is cooler here and that means fires, cozy hoodies, boots and lots of coffee.

Workout focus: full body strength cardio
Set Gymboss Interval Timer to 20 rounds of intervals of 10 sec rest and 20 sec of work.

Since this is a bodyweight workout and the intervals are only 20 secs you really have to push hard.
Remember you can do it!
If you are recovering from diastasis this is an advanced workout.
Lori is over a year post partum and her core is strong and her gap less than 2 fingers width and not deep. So she is started to feel more comfortable doing advanced moves again like burpees and pushups.
If you are further along in your diastasis healing and feeling strong like her, you can do moves like burpees again. Just take it slow. You will see Lori does not go as fast as me and that is okay.
