What did you do over the weekend? Being entrepreneurs/bloggers we don’t really have “weekends” like we used to. Everyday is a mix of work and play. We love what we do so it really isn’t “work”. We don’t mind doing something to help improve ourselves and our business everyday, while being here for you for inspiration and fun. In fact, we can’t get enough of what we do. One great thing about being your own boss is that you create your hours/how much you work/ etc.
We also understand the importance of being productive with our time. Oh that word – TIME.
One great thing about our style of workouts is that you don’t need a lot of time to do them. Time to get focused for a quick killer workout done in just 10 minutes. Sounds great, right?

Follow along with Lori for the modified version of the wide leg mountain climbers. Keeping your body in an inverted position helps take some of the pressure of the belly if you have diastasis.
Mantra for week – I believe in myself.
Do you believe in yourself?
How many times do you doubt or question your true potential? How many times do you not go after your dreams because you don’t think it could actually happen?
We know for us those thoughts happened all the time. We never thought we could be successful. We never thought we were worth being at the top. Basically we didn’t believe in ourselves.
We had to focus on changing our mindset. We had to start believing. We had to start acting like we already achieved what we wanted.
The funny thing is we LOVE the word believe. So why did we have such a hard time believing in ourselves?
We didn’t have self-confidence. We didn’t really love our bodies.
Now we do. It took time and a lot of daily practice. But worth it.
We want you to start focusing on believing in yourself. Tell yourself every day this week —> I believe.
