Monthly workout schedule to keep us strong, healthy and fit at home

We hope this gives you some inspiration for your own fitness journey.

Below are the workouts we did for the month of August.

1 –  Rest day

2- Purely training #89 (16 mins)

3-  Lori did Purely training #90 (16 minutes) and Michelle did purely training #24 (16 minutes)

4 – Lori did post partum core strengthening exercises and Michelle did purely training #82 (8 minutes) + 45 minute walk

5 – Lori did Purely training #87  (16 minutes) and Michelle did purely training #63  (16 minutes)

6 – 45 minute walk + 2 minute plank

7 – Purely training #107 (20 minutes) + 25 minute walk

8 – 10 minute sprints

9 –  Random workout day with doing some core work and squats + 30 minute walk

10 –  8 minute workout (on periscope) + 35 minute walk

11 –  Michelle did Purely training #27 (16 minutes)  and Lori did purely weights #18 a PFL club workout + 30 minute walk

12 – Purely training #81 – 16 minutes

13 – Purely training #30 – 16 minutes

14 – Purely training #108 – 16 minutes

15 – rest day

16 – rest day

17 –  Purely training #83 – 13 minutes

18 – 30 minute walk

19 – Purely training #102  (16 minutes) + 30 minute walk

20 –Purely training #104 (20 minutes) + 30 minute walk

21 – 8 minute periscope workout + 30 minute

22 – rest day

23 – Filmed new Purely Training 110

24- Purely weights #17 – 16 minutes (purely fit life club workout) + 30 minute walk

25 –  Rest day – did some core work

26 –  Michelle did Purely HIIT 6 from the PFL and Lori did Purely training 88 (15 minutes)

27 – Rest day

28 – 8 minute workout  LIVE on periscope –  1/2 Purely Training 110 and the did the other 8 minutes afterwards

29 – Filmed 10 minute workout

30 -Filmed 16 minute workout for Purely Fit Life

31- Purely Training #107 – 24 minutes
