Yesterday on periscope we discussed how we’ve made it through our darkest days from our food obsession issues, poor body image issues, acne, and Michelle’s eczema (And on instagram we shared a before and after picture).

We love having the ability to connect and inspire ladies from all over to love their bodies. We are here to remind you that if we can overcome these issues so can you!

How to stay positive during challenging times

These tips might not seem like much but they really can be life changing. It took us awhile to master them, well we are still practicing because staying positive is a daily practice.

We are here to tell you that you will get through your struggle. Take one day at a time.

3 – Surround yourself with positivity from people and reading books for personal development.

One of the many things we work on with our clients is reminding them that they can do anything they set their minds to. And to start being nicer to their bodies.

  2. That is a fantastic quote! And, yes, it’s so important to focus on what we do want in life. I’ve found that focusing on the beauty in life and the things that I have to be thankful for (even in the midst of extremely sad or intense circumstances) also helps tremendously.

    1. Awe thanks, ya sometimes we get busy on the weekends that we cannot get a post up. We love doing them so they will continue we just might miss one here and there.

  4. Yes, Absolutely. I would recommend this to every one of my family.

    Mostly I prefer Music to get some relief while having challenging times. There are so many Music Apps have been released like iTube, Music Paradise, Music Maniac, Setbeat, Spotify, Music Skull, and other downloader Apps.
