13 – Lori did purely training 87 and did Michelle HIIT #6 (club workout)
14 – Lori did weights #21 (club workout) and Michelle did purely training 68
15 – KB swings + 30 minute walk
16 – Lori did weights #23 (club workout) and Michelle purely hiit #8 (club workout)
17 – Lori did bodyweight #3 (club workout) and Michelle purely training #45
18 – Rest day
19 – Rest day

21 – 30 – kettlebell workouts in our 30 day kb challenge
We love inspiring ladies from all over to take care of their body through working out and proper nutrition. Working out because it makes you feel good not because you hate your body.
