Do you remember our kettlebell swing challenge from last year?
Well, due to it’s popularity (and we had so much fun doing it) we are doing another challenge, but doing it a little different this year. This time we have a 30 day workout schedule for you plus meal plans!! A fellow purely fit sister, Stacie, is a real food registered dietitian who is an expert in meal planning.   2. I need equipment, what weight for a beginner, 70 yr. old senior, How many kettle balls are needed? Looks like a fun way to get in shape. I have become flabby vs. toned. Really need to participate in this activity. Thank you for the offering. you gals are great. : )

    1. Love to hear you want to join in on the fun! If you are beginner you can start off with 8 or 10 lbs. Most workouts you need only one kettlebell. If you don’t have one you can use free weights. Or you can find something around your house to use a weights, like water bottles.

    1. so excited Bekah you will be joining us 🙂 yay – we provide an email about what size kettlebell to use; depends on your current fitness level. But 12-15lbs is good. And can go heavier if need more challenge.

  19. I’m 62 and haven’t lifted weights for a year. I signed up yesterday. Until I get a kettle ball can I use a 10 lb weight? Also how do I know that I successfully signed in.?
