Do you remember our kettlebell swing challenge from last year?
Well, due to it’s popularity (and we had so much fun doing it) we are doing another challenge, but doing it a little different this year. This time we have a 30 day workout schedule for you plus meal plans!! A fellow purely fit sister, Stacie, is a real food registered dietitian who is an expert in meal planning. We are honored and thrilled to have her be apart of this challenge.
