Monthly workout schedule to get in shape at home recap
We were going to do this as a weekly thing but decided to just recap at the end of the month! We hope this gives you some inspiration for your own fitness journey.
Below are the workouts we did for the month of March.
2 – Purely weights #19 (club workout) – 20 min AMRAP
3 – 100 Kettlebell (KB) swings
4 – 1 minute side plank each side
6 – Filmed purely training 95
7 – Filmed purely weights #23 (club workout) – 12 minute interval
8- Purely weights #22 (club workout) – 16 minute interval
9 – 30 minute walk + 100 KB swings
10 – 30 minute walk + purely HIIT #16 (club workout) – 16 min tabata
11 – 35 minute walk + purely HIIT #9 (Michelle did, a club workout) and Lori did core work
12 – purely training 95
13 – Filmed 20 minute KB workout (club workout)
14 – Filmed purely training 96
15 – Michelle did 10 minute workout from our free workout challenge. Both went on a 25 minute walk.
16 – Purely training #90 + 40 minute walk
17 – Lori did 100 KB swings, Michelle did purely bodyweight #6 (club workout) +3 0 minute walk
18 – Rest day
19 – purely training 96

21 – Rest day
22 – Purely jump rope #6 (club workout) – 12 minute jump rope routine – Madison joined us in the video for this workout!
23 – Purely weights #23 (club workout) – 12 minutes
24 – Purely HIIT #16 (club workout) – 16 minutes
25 – Rest day

27 – Purely weights #22 (club workout) – 16 minutes

We have a huge passion for fitness which is why we become personal trainers and share so much of it here on the blog. We workout for many reasons like confidence, happiness, health and we are addicted to that feeling you get after a workout. The feeling that you accomplished something. The feeling of strength building up in the inside.
