Over the weekend guess I was feeling a bit crazy as today’s workout is a doozy. Purely training 97 was inspired by purely training 47 our crazy skater workout and this 8 minute challenge.

I love a good challenge, do you?

I chose to do this workout for just 10 minutes as that was all the time I had to workout. Lori and I fill our weekends with a lot of projects, so short effective workouts are key. Which is what we are all about over here at Purely Twins.

This workout is not safe for those that have diastasis, which is why it’s just me today. Next week Lori has the perfect workout for fellow moms that have DR.
