Highlights from our week:

She brings so much joy into our lives.
We normally don’t buy flowers, but we are changing that as we deserve them. We deserve to having something that reminds of beauty, of our hard work. We know this might sound silly but we are working hard on changing our mindset. To see things with more abundance.

The other day we were skyping with Meg. She got to meet Madison and we talked about the selfies. We told her how funny it is how some days Madison is all laugh and giggles and other days it is work to get her to smile.
But her smile is priceless.
Thanks for the chat Meg. Love talking business with friends.
Enjoyed some plantain bread made without eggs!
Michelle is still avoiding eggs so we experimented with making our plantain bread using flax gels. It worked pretty good, provided a more dense chewy bread. It was 2 tbsp flax meal mixed with 6 tbsp water. Let sit for 10 minutes. Then blend the flax gel with plantains in blender. Pour batter into a 6-8inch pan coated with coconut oil. Cook in 350 oven for 15 minutes.
We are planning on filming a video of us making it soon.
Another one we will film soon here for the blog. We have it enjoyed it twice already. #sogood

Working on a new challenge for you. Remember last year we did our kettlebell swing challenge in honor of our birthday?
Well after great success with that we are doing it again, but doing it a little different. Not sure when we will officially have it open but we will let you know. So excited for it.
Filmed new purely training videos for you!! We are both feeling great and doing better — Michelle’s eczema still improves and Lori’s core gets stronger everyday.
