Been experimenting in the kitchen. We have some exciting news coming for our Purely Classic Cookbook! We are updating it to be grain-free. Wahoo! So excited more details soon. Those that have a copy will be receiving a new version free.

I (Michelle) dessert love lately – pumpkin coconut mush . I have enjoyed this every night for the past few weeks. It’s so satisfying. This one here was 1/2 cup pumpkin mixed with 2 tbsp coconut butter, 1 tbsp gelatin, 1 tbsp coconut oil, and 1/2 tbsp tahini.
Here is another. Yep it’s that good that I had to share more than one pic. I mix up the amounts. Sometimes I do 2 tbsp gelatin, more tahini, no butter, etc. A snack that is full of healthy fats with a little protein and carbs too.
