coconut-butter-pumpkin-gelatin-mush

I (Michelle) dessert love lately – pumpkin coconut mush . I have enjoyed this every night for the past few weeks. It’s so satisfying.  This one here was 1/2 cup pumpkin mixed with 2 tbsp coconut butter, 1 tbsp gelatin, 1 tbsp coconut oil, and 1/2 tbsp tahini.

pumpkin gelatin tahinimush

Here is another. Yep it’s that good that I had to share more than one pic. I mix up the amounts. Sometimes I do 2 tbsp gelatin, more tahini, no butter, etc. A snack that is full of healthy fats with a little protein and carbs too.

  5. I love to see your eats. I’ve been looking for a way to love food again and recover from anorexia and you girls have been my answer! I’m basing my eats around your food and recipes and hope to gain healthy weight from a grain free diet. Thanks for all your support too. My mom is happy too and she just bought me a jar of tahini! yay Before finding you, I was drinking nutritional drinks only and i was scared of all food and obsessed with counting calories. I’m sick of all that. *Hugs*
