Before we get into this killer workout we just have to say –> OMG! Did you watch the walking dead last night? We did. We were beyond excited. It is one of our favorite tv shows. We are still pondering the episode last night as it had a lot of deep things going on.  Do you watch it? Did you like it? We would love to hear your thoughts as we were a little disappointed that we wanted to see more of Maggie and how she is doing since losing Beth.  If you don’t watch the show you are missing out haha, you are in luck today because today is not about the walking dead.

But about this new workout that Michelle put together. Are you ready to sweat it out with her?
