Love Thanksgiving! Love being with family relaxing and eating delicious food.
How was your day?
Started my day with a juice (beet, carrots, romaine, kale, sunflower sprouts, cucumber) with coconut mush (2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil and 1 1/2 tbsp coconut butter) with some sea salt.
I enjoyed 3 small cups of coffee with one cashew coconut biscotti.
Enjoyed some mixed nuts with my dad while I helped prep and grill the turkeys.
Then it was time for some wine as I started heating the rest of the food up.
Mom and I did some food prep yesterday and early this morning.
My first plate of my Thanksgiving dinner.
I also enjoyed another glass of wine with my dinner.
My second plate 😉 and another glass of wine.
I enjoyed one more glass of wine with a pumpkin pie fudge truffle.
Dinner was a little more turkey (I ended up having a little more than what is shown here) with some cooked spinach and cabbage with coconut oil.
And then ended my day with some pumpkin pie fudge !
I am very thankful for food, family and YOU!!!

I had one more plate full of all same things I ate at lunch again for dinner later (no pictures).
Plus snacked on pumpkin cookies all day long, about 7 cookies total. Sorry for the bad photo.
Also have some plantain bread and gingerbread chocolate muffins to eat tonight.
Madison enjoyed her first Thanksgiving too!!!
