7 tips to help reduce bloat.
Do you believe things happen for a reason? That the universe is giving you a sign? We have been experiencing this as certain things keep recirculating in our lives. Crazy how the universe knows what you need when you need it. We have been working on a new morning and night time routine to help us heal and it seems to be working! We are both sleeping better and during the day we are more focused and getting things done on our to-do lists!
Today we are sharing our health tips about fixing bloat, an issue we never thought we would get over.

After a lot of research and personal experiments we have found ways to help ease our bloat. For all medical issues please talk with your doctor. We cannot guarantee these tips will work for you. We want to share our experience of what worked for us with you so you can find relief too.

We were those girls that would get big bloated (pregnant style) bellies and we couldn’t figure out why it was happening. We felt we were overall healthy girls. We worked out daily. We ate ‘well’. We got our sleep.
Why were we still having terrible tummy issues?
Maybe you have been thinking that same thing.
We continued to research and read things about the body and health to see if we could discover our answer to fixing our bloated bellies. And today we can happily say we are glad we never stopped trying new things because we have found what helps us reduce bloat. We never stopped reading and experimenting, and we want the same for you — to have better digestion, less bloat.
Remember what we said in the video gas and bloating are two different things. We all pass gas daily, about 14 times (source). It’s the constant bloating that can cause discomfort if not taken care of. Again seek medical advice when you have chronic digestive issues.

One thing we forgot to mention is food sensitivities or food allergies can cause bloat. As well as leaky gut! We have experience in these areas, but by eating more real foods, taking digestive supporting supplements, and food journaling allowed us to find our issues. We are not perfect as we sometimes get off track with our eats and our digestion pays the price. For us it’s about finding balance that makes us feel comfortable and being happy with our food choices.
