Baby M and I are doing great. I enjoyed my few days with our mom as she was visiting Michelle and I. We got the house and nursery more ‘ready’ for baby M’s arrival. I know I have about less than 9 weeks to go, but I am getting more and more excited. Michelle and my mom are super anxious too for her to be here. My energy and mood have been great. My mind is all over the place lately. I’m constantly thinking of baby M and what else needs to happen. Not so much of what actually work that needs to happen to make money like the blogging and our online club. I feel so bad that some days I just want to sit around and do nothing but baby related things, and not write a blog post. Or film a new video. Even though I love all those things and I admit it was nice not to be on the computer so much these past few days. It was weird. Although, I am ready to get back to it all.
Speaking of the blog, I am not sure what is going to happen once baby M is here. I know a lot of bloggers out there say the same thing about what is going to happen to their blog. And Michelle and I have had the talk several times. We are just going to do our best to keep the same blogging schedule we do now. Of course some days our post might go up late or might have to skip a day, but that’s life. We are just going to go with the flow the best we can. We will continue to share workouts, recipes, our life, etc. I am not sure yet how much baby M will be involved. I have a feeling it will be quite a bit since I share my life here and she is a HUGE part of it now.

It’s crazy to see my tummy move from her moving and kicking.
Like I mentioned earlier, we did a lot of work in the nursery and did a good bit of shopping. Moms are great shopping buddies We got some adorable outfits for baby M.
I got a variety of styles and sizes of clothing for her. Starting to work on some newborn clothing drawers and the other drawers in the dresser will be for the cloth diapers.
This drawer will be soon filled with cloth diapers. I am starting to order some to practice!

Some of the clothing I am keeping the tags on and not washing yet as I need to make sure baby M will fit in them. It’s hard to tell how big she will be and how fast she will grow.
I got some cute organizing baskets for some of her toys and books.
Also, I found this adorable and extremely soft butterfly blanket at Carter’s baby store and I just had to have it. Love it! I see lots of future snuggle times with that blanket.
Last night Gary and I put together a white nightstand that I bought from IKEA to sit next to the rocker. I hope to get a lamp to put on it.
Jax of course wanted to help with bringing me his toy and sitting on my lap.
The past few days we spent a lot of time in the nursery, so Jax definitely knows something is happening. Something big! Oh, I just can’t wait for Jax and baby M to meet!!!
PREGNANCY WEEK 31 UPDATE:
Current food cravings?
I’m pretty much enjoying little bit of everything just like last week. No huge cravings. And there hasn’t been too many foods that I can’t have. Luckily my body is handling food very well.
Here is what I ate yesterday.
My morning started off with a fresh peach, protein gelatin frosting mush, and coffee.
Lunch was at our local raw foods restaurant that you’ve seen Michelle and I eat at a few times recently. I ordered myself some local ginger kombucha. It was alright. GT’s kombucha is still my all time favorite.
And my lunch was a side of raw broccoli salad with their avocado basil sandwich. It was delicious.
And for dinner I did not snap a picture. But it was gluten-free pizza again. Our dad and his friends had a very long layover at the Charlotte airport. So they came to the house for dinner before leaving to head home. We originally had planned getting take-out from another restaurant nearby but they were closed for a private event. Last minute decision we decided on getting everyone pizza from the local pizza place up the street. Baby M likes her pizza
And dessert was the last 2 fudgy flourless brownies that we cooked the other day for brownie sundaes.
Similar things as last week.
No bloating or any major swelling yet. No fatigue. My energy is fairly normal and my pace is continuing to slow down each week.
My dreams are normal for the most part. A few odd ones.
I am still wearing my wedding ring.
Don’t really see any. Must be from all the gelatin I eat to help my skin.
Nothing too major besides a good glass of wine and could do away without extra vaginal discharge. Fun pregnancy times. No major cramping or abdominal pain yet.
How is your skin?
My skin is doing great! No major complaints! Again my skin is handling everything very well. I am so happy. Even with the additional ice cream, cheese (dairy products) and some gluten my face is handling it all like a champ. Huge improvement for me!!

How is digestion?
Digestion is doing great. My bowel movements are good. Sometimes better than others but overall I am pleased! If you need help with staying regular even being pregnant see my constipation tips here.
No extra gas or bloating either. Yay!
Total weight gain/loss?
Baby is growing which means I am growing too. I don’t weight myself besides at my checkups. So I don’t keep daily or weekly numbers as that would drive me insane. I believe my body is gaining the weight it needs. I feel strong and healthy so I feel my body is doing what it needs to do to prepare. Remember we are all different and will handle pregnancy weight gain differently. Biggest thing is to love yourself and your growing baby bump
How’s baby M?
She is getting stronger each day as I feel her kicks more and more. Love it! It always brings a smile to my face to feel her moving. She has a strong punch as sometimes it hurts. Not painful but she definitely is making her presence know.
According to some online pregnancy sites she is about the size of a pineapple or coconut with measuring over 16 inches long and weighs about 3 1/3 pounds roughly. All five of her senses are in working order too.
She is know having longer periods of sleep mixed with periods of movement. I am starting to notice that more and more.

Wednesday – did another leg workout from inside the club the purely weights #11. Again love working my legs!
Thursday – did purely training #72 our locked and loaded full body workout
Friday – rest day – did go for a 15-20 minute walk
Saturday – rest day
Sunday – 5 minute plank
This week was a little random with my usual workouts. Michelle and I did not get to film anything new as we did not have the time. It was nice going back to do old workouts.
I was active at the beginning of the week and then with our mom coming into town I decided to take it easy the end of the week. I knew we would be busy with cleaning, shopping etc. so I enjoyed my few days off from my normal workouts. I plan to get back into them starting today as I still want my strength to keep me going to the end!
I am signing up for some hospital classes to take here soon and I have my first birthing class in 2 weeks. I will share more on that later.
I have been going through some major house remodeling over here and I will share those pictures this weekend. I was going to do it this post but felt it would be picture overload. I can’t wait to share the transformation with you. Our new home definitely feels like home now. I love it. And think baby M will too.
