Enjoying a few yummy grain-free desserts for our road trip home earlier this week.

Getting back into our daily walks with Jax again.
Enjoying a slice of socca one evening. So good. Forgot how much we love our socca.
Mountain climbers killed us in one of our workouts this week. A great bodyweight exercise!
Going into my 29 weeks of pregnancy I am still training and feeling great!
It feels great to make our own food again. And of course enjoying FIGS!!!!
We were able to film two new workouts this week as we got our camera back. Yay! It felt amazing to get a good sweat in at home again!
This dog… really?!?! He brings such joy and laughter into our lives!
After starting our week with some desserts we ended our week with lots of yummy raw foods.
Raw falafel with hummus and pickled veggies. Amazing.
Jax even joined us for some delicious raw foods at Luna’s Living Kitchen here in Charlotte! I love how they allow dogs on the patio. For some reason by the end of the week both of us were craving juices and raw foods.
We shared a living raw bagel (made from almonds, zucchini, tomato and flaxseeds) topped with a cashew cream and veggies. So good!
And also got a bowl of raw cacao granola with fresh fruit and coconut milk.
OMG soooo good!! After eating this granola all we want now is granola.
So yesterday we made up some granola 😉
