Highlights from our week:
Before we get into our weekly highlights and shout outs, we want to wish HAPPY MOTHER”S DAY TO ALL THE MOMS OUT THERE!!
Especially to our mom!!! We LOVE you mom! And Happy Mother’s day to our older sis Carrie. Love you 🙂
Lori enjoyed a few berry perfect fit protein smoothies this week. Perfect post-workout shake.
Michelle enjoying avocado pudding with some gelatin.
Michelle is trying to add some matcha green tea into her diet so she added 1 tsp to her mixed berry smoothie. Got this idea from Brittany.
Jax always has to be near and touching both of us some how 😉
While Gary and I had dinner out with some close friends (who recently had their little baby boy) aunty Michelle watched this crazy man.
Enjoyed a savory plantain waffle turkey sandwich with mustard and homemade sauerkraut (lori).
Jax’s favorite spot on the sofa. He loves looking at the window.
I (Lori) make Gary homemade granola just about every week for him to enjoy as his breakfast. And lately I have been enjoying some too. I take a few bites every now and then. Like here I topped my plantain waffles (just use our plantain bread and add in 1 tbsp coconut flour) with goat yogurt and granola. Felt like something a little crunchy.
Loving little girl clothes. Did some more baby stuff this week. So much to figure out and research.
Received a huge sample collection from the lovely people over at Onnit. Thank you.
Filmed an extremely hard workout this past week (get ready everyone this workout is coming tomorrow to the blog)! We were sore for 2 days after it, which we happily enjoyed two rest days. Yep it’s that tough! And yes we got a new purely fit life home studio for our videos (aka Michelle moved and so we got a new place).
Played around on our active rest days and did some things on our stability ball.
Ended my week 19 of pregnancy feeling good. Keeping myself strong so the baby stays strong!
