We bought both these MCT oils with our own money. These thoughts and opinions are all our own. We hope you enjoy the video. It’s pretty funny, especially our faces when we try them on camera. Jax makes some appearances especially when we do our kettlebell swings.

As you can see we have more work to do with our pull-ups and chin-ups. Though the chin-ups are easier for us. We are incorporating other exercises to help strengthen our backs even more which will help with us doing pull-ups. We try do some form of pull-up at least once a day, it doesn’t always happen. But we are making progress. Even a small progress is a step forward
Little by little we will get there!
We are looking forward in continuing our journey to make our backs stronger to help with our posture.
I (Lori) have been able to do the pull-ups by using the resistant bands, they really help as I have a growing belly now. I hope to continue doing them until my body tells me otherwise. I feel baby M likes them.
We got the resistant bands to help us with our pull-ups from Rubberbanditz. We bought these bands with our own money.
We have a packed day today with several things to get done.
Currently sipping on our coffee before we tackle it all.
