Highlights from our week:
cookie dough pancakes…nothing beats this!
Enjoyed many wonderful post workout meals!
Filmed some new workouts for the purely fit life club.
Runny egg yolks, anyone else a fan ?
Enjoyed the few sunny days we had, even Jax is loving the warmer weather.
Made some paleo almond bread to enjoy as snacks this week!
Homemade sauerkraut and broccoli breadsticks...perfect addition to our meals.
Love being able to do what we LOVE everyday!
Unusual craving for buckwheat porridge an old favorite. Hit the spot with some goji berries too!
Enjoyed another savory waffle sandwich! This time added the shredded brussel sprouts into the batter. And had 2 slices of bacon on top of turkey. MMM so good!
Ended the week with some chocolate thin mint french toast!! We filmed us eating this plus a few other things that will be up next week.
