Purely training leg workout #49 is a time challenge requiring no equipment. That’s right, you just need yourself  for this killer leg routine!

A leg workout that will strengthen and tone the legs all over.

This workout will work your legs in a whole new way. A slow burn…oh yea baby.

Since this workout is using just your bodyweight, the key is to move fast. Move from one exercise to the next as quickly as you can while keeping good form. And limit your breaks.

We all want strong looking legs. Not only to look good in skinny jeans, but to feel strong from the ground up. And we are here to help you get there!

We suggest:

  • A-fits (advanced peeps) :  Push yourself hard in each 30 seconds. Go fast in each interval.
  • B-fits (beginner peeps):  Go at a slower speed, take breaks when needed. Follow the modifications we mention in the video.

  1. There’s this Insanity move called the Hip Flexor Burners. It’s a series of leg lifts and you stay on one leg for about 2 minutes. Really effective and you can really feel the burn!
