Hello beauties!!  Happy Valentine’s Day!!

We wanted to say WE LOVE YOU ALL! You guys inspire us every day. You make us so happy when we hear from you… when you let us know how you’re loving this recipe or loving this workout.  Brings such BIG SMILES to our faces 🙂 Our little blog and business could not be here if it wasn’t for your continued love and support–by you following us every day and sharing with loved ones. Seriously we are so honored to have such an amazing community here on Purely Twins and Purely Fit Life. Getting a little teary eyed over here. Thank you, thank you! xo

Remember our Valentine’s Day beet fudge chocolate protein hearts? And that we said there will be left over beet fudge.  Well you can either eat that leftover yummy fudge as is or you can make it as a parfait.

Vanilla puff cereal yogurt beet fudge parfait – a healthy and fun breakfast to go!

Growing up we loved TCBY. Yep we did. It was a tradition we had with our grandfather. He loved taking us there because it made us so happy. And you know what grandparents do best? Spoil their grandchildren!

Now every once in awhile we crave yogurt and ice cream.

So we put our thinking caps on to figure out a way to create a yummy yogurt like treat. One that our tastebuds would love and our bodies would like.

Let’s just say breakfast just has been upgraded. Forget TCBY – it’s time for a healthy and quick breakfast with a little fun.

For the bottom layer we used leftover beet fudge , sprinkled a few vanilla puffs, then topped with some yogurt (we used goat yogurt) and finished off with more vanilla puff parfait! OH MY HEAVENS! SO GOOD!

We also added in a little bit of raw cacao powder into the beet fudge to make it a rich chocolate fudge 😉 Why not right?

A fun and healthy breakfast in a mason to go! Made with protein vanilla puff cereal, yogurt for probiotics and beet fudge for some healthy fats.

    Bottom layer
  • about 1/2 cup or so of our beet fudge
  • add in 2-3 tablespoon of raw cacao (optional)
  • Middle layer
  • as much yogurt as you like
  • Top layer
  • about 1/3 cup or so of vanilla puff cereal or top with any favorite cereal you like (really can do as much or as little as you want)

  1. Grab a mason jar (makes a perfect breakfast to go).
  2. Scoop as much beet fudge as you would like into the bottom. We probably did about 1/2 cup or so.
  3. Next layer with any yogurt of your liking.
  4. Finish the parfait with vanilla puff cereal or any topping you like.
  5. Eat and enjoy.

We will be enjoying this for our Valentine’s Day breakfast!

What would you add to your breakfast parfait to go?  What are you having today to celebrate love and friendship?
