Today we are sharing updates on how our February personal challenge of practicing splits and our exercises on the equalizer. Plus showcasing a new piece of fitness equipment we got for Christmas and Lori shares a mini house tour.

Our weekly workout re-cap Feb. 3 -9th.
Monday – Purely HIIT #4 (workout found in our online club)
Tuesday – Filmed a new Purely Fit Life club workout a 20 minute full body routine.
Wednesday – Filmed a new Purely Fit Life club workout a 30 minute equalizer workout.
Thursday –Active rest day – did 30 minutes of yoga.
Friday – Filmed a new purely training workout – bodyweight routine, about 25 minutes.
Saturday – Walk and stretching. Active rest day.
Sunday – Yoga. We love doing dvds for yoga lately.
