vlog: update on splits, new fitness equipment and Lori’s house

Howdy luvs!

How is everyone doing this Saturday? Staying warm?

Today we are sharing updates on how our February personal challenge of practicing splits and our exercises on the equalizer. Plus showcasing a new piece of fitness equipment we got for Christmas and Lori shares a mini house tour.

We are so happy that so many of you enjoyed our poop vlog from last week, as plan to continue that conversation. We will give updates here soon.

Other things we’ve been up to… back into our fitness grind around here.

Our weekly workout re-cap Feb. 3 -9th. 

Monday – Purely HIIT #4 (workout found in our online club)

Tuesday –   Filmed a new Purely Fit Life  club workout a 20 minute full body routine.

Wednesday – Filmed a new Purely Fit Life club workout a 30 minute equalizer workout.

Thursday –Active rest day – did 30 minutes of yoga.

Friday – Filmed a new purely training workout – bodyweight routine, about 25 minutes.

Saturday – Walk and stretching. Active rest day.

Sunday – Yoga. We love doing dvds for yoga lately.

We have one more for you coming this Tuesday.  Today we hope to practice some new recipes that don’t have chocolate haha. Is it possible to be sick of chocolate? Never ;)

    Have you guys ever done podcasts from Yogadownload.com? Jackie Casal Mahrou has a great 60 minute class called Hunumanasana Flow, and the whole class focuses on building into a split. It’s a great class, and all her other podcasts are great too!

    both of your hair looks beautiful!!!!! i used to be able to side split but i’m about where you are right now with that. definitely not something to force! i need to be more intentional about flexibility and practice my stretching! esp coming up for 2 wks while i’m away, i won’t be working out at all! just walking and doing some gentle yoga or stretching to keep things (hammies mostly) nice and loose :)
