Tuesday –   Purely Fit Life weights #1 – leg workout.  (workout found in our online club)

Wednesday – Filmed a new purely training body weight workout.

Thursday –Filmed a new full body core purely fit life club workout.

Friday – Filmed a new purely training leg workout.

Saturday – Walk and stretching. Active rest day.

Sunday – Yoga.

    just love you ladies! always great recipes and workouts. plus, this vlog was super encouraging. i’m dealing with all kinds of digestive issues too. it’s been a long journey and this week has just been especially tough. sometimes it just makes it better to know that other people have not so fun guts too :)
