Our weekly workout re-cap Jan. 27th – Feb. 2
Monday – Purely HIIT #3 – cardio workout (workout found in our online club)
Tuesday – Purely Fit Life weights #1 – leg workout. (workout found in our online club)
Wednesday – Filmed a new purely training body weight workout.
Thursday –Filmed a new full body core purely fit life club workout.
Friday – Filmed a new purely training leg workout.
Saturday – Walk and stretching. Active rest day.
Sunday – Yoga.
