Despite not working out much these past two weeks as I traveled, I come home feeling lean! Crazy to think that eating more and working out less is really good for the body….and the mind!
I plan to share more of my thoughts on this in the Purely Fit Life Club and my journey. I am not necessarily trying to get lean, just looking to gain a little more muscle
So nice to be home and enjoy home cooked meals!! And we still receive questions about why we eat white rice. We shared a video and post here about why we eat white rice.
