First, thank you for all your sweet words about our comparing post. So many of you brought up such great points which we agree with you all! And we do find that there is good and bad comparison. We were not trying to say that all comparison is bad, nope. We focus on doing the best we can everyday because to us that’s what matters. And of course always being ourselves 🙂
We filmed a video yesterday which was only going to be about Michelle’s travels and eats, but we ended discussing many things about food and health.

Monday – Rest day
Tuesday – Rest day
Wednesday – walk outside for about 20 minutes
Thursday – 5 minute plank
Friday – Finally got our butts moving. Filmed a new Purely Fit Life Club workout. A 20 minute leg workout.
Saturday – We hope to go for a walk and do some planking.
Sunday – Yoga.
