catching up with us + weekly workout recap

Howdy luvs,

First, thank you for all your sweet words about our comparing post. So many of you brought up such great points which we agree with you all! And we do find that there is good and bad comparison. We were not trying to say that all comparison is bad, nope.  We focus on doing the best we can everyday  because to us that’s what matters. And of course always being ourselves :)

We filmed a video yesterday which was only going to be about Michelle’s travels and eats, but we ended discussing many things about food and health.

Enjoy the video! Guess being back we had a lot to talk about.

Now for our weekly workout recap – Jan 20 – 26.

Monday – Rest day

Tuesday –  Rest day

Wednesday – walk outside for about 20 minutes

Thursday – 5 minute plank

Friday – Finally got our butts moving. Filmed a new Purely Fit Life Club workout. A 20 minute leg workout.

Saturday – We hope to go for a walk and do some planking.

Sunday – Yoga.

    Ya Tahini! I can’t get enough of it lately either. I’m especially loving as a savoury on top of turkey breast patties or sweet mixed with gelatin, vanilla and coconut milk. Delightful!

    I’m having a big few weeks of travel and stress too. Indeed, it’s so important to be kind to yourself when you’re busy. I’m watching my body change, while my eats and workouts haven’t changed. My hormones are changing (for the better) and it’s so important to just own however your body looks no matter where you’re at. Loved your comparing post. It was really timely!

    we just got DUMPED with snow last night. i am so over it though! hahaha. why do i love in the snow belt!? seriously – that’s what london is called!? REMIND ME WHY I MOVED HERE hahahaha

    Glad you’re back! Looking forward to the new workouts and just wanted to say that I love your authenticity! Also, my mom’s an identical twin and as a side note, it just makes me happy to see you two and how you interact – so similar to my mom and aunt! (SO many twins in my family… fingers crossed that if we have kids I get blessed with twins too! If they’re like you guys or my mom and her aunt that’d be awesome.) :D Way to stay consistent while traveling and not worry about adapting! Keep enjoying the journey and thanks for sharing.
