As you start reflecting back on your 2013 year, let us share with you some of our favorite Purely Fit Life workouts from 2013. *Update: below we share some new changes coming.
We started back in March with our very first video and have been making you move-it-monday workouts since then. And now even more great workouts in our Purely Fit Lifeclub. We haven’t even been doing this for a full year yet and we are already excited to continue to kick your butts in 2014!
One thing we focused on this year was to create easy to follow and unique workouts (like our plank chair jumps). We were able to do some workouts using fun equipment (like our stability ball and equalizer) – and we LOVED every muscle burning moment of it.

We are so honored and happy to be doing this. One big thing for us going into 2014 is to continue what we are doing with more focus on creating better videos for you guys. Focus on quality as well. We still have a lot to learn with videos so we hope you stick around for the ride!
