Highlights of the week from us:
Raw cardamom biscotti from our Purely Classic Cookbook.
Started the week packing up some goodies for dear friends…and of course save some for us too 🙂
brrrr it’s been really cold here, nothing like defrosting the car.
Everyday we wake up and try our best.
Made an old favorite for dinner one night — nori rolls stuffed with avocado and can salmon.
Filmed a fun video of us making protein pumpkin pie chocolate chip fudge.
Again, sorry for the very long delay in getting the video up.
So make sure you head over to see the VIDEO of us in the KITCHEN MAKING A QUICK PUMPKIN FUDGE.
We were also busy filming new workout videos!
Just about every day this past week we have enjoyed a big cup of hot cocoa to get us motivated to do work in the late afternoon.
In our vlog video yesterday we showed us making our skinny protein hot cocoa.
This face…how can we get any work done.
Gary and Lori enjoyed a nice dinner out.
Michelle enjoying an after lunch dessert. A new recipe coming to the blog this week.
Been eating lots of kabocha squash…so good. Whenever we have some we always forget how much we love this winter squash.
Planks. Always a good idea.
Like our sweaters? haha
We went to an ugly Christmas sweater party last night.
Nothing like drinking wine out of Christmas mugs 😉 A lot of fun even Santa and his elf came to visit. Good times.
