Highlights of the week from us:

Started the week off with drinking the colors of the rainbow!  #elf4health challenge

First time having BluePrint Beet Juice and we found it a little too sweet for us, but still a nice change! We love the green one.

Our mom surprised us with these (we each got one) when we were home for Thanksgiving. She is so talented!

12 complete vegetarian proteins — our favorites are buckwheat, hemp seeds, chia seeds, legumes, and spirulina

 Heart disease, cholesterol, and saturated fats  – you all know we love fats! And you should too :)

 Twins Question: Why do you workout? Do you have all your Christmas decorations up?

Today’s challenge for elf for health is to write down 20 things we are grateful for….so we are off to go make our list! We recommend you to do it too.  Always a good idea to reflect and remember things in your life that you are thankful for!
