Hey there purely fit friends,

We thought we would have this workout up before the end of November in honor of Movember…. but we did bad planning lost track of time.

Despite being late to the moustache party, this workout was just too fun not to share.

We hope you enjoy our Movember workout.


We just love these moustache racer back tanks! They glow in the dark too!

Which we should of done this workout in the dark, but did not think you would be able to see us….haha…so we left the lights on.

Okay let’s get down to business.

movember 10 minute workout

This Purely Fit Life #39 is a 10 minute workout. Yep the full body will be burning!

The exercises are probably very familiar to you, but do not be fooled. 1 minute is a long time.

But you can do anything for a minute, right?

Here is the workout breakdown:

We suggest:

  • A-fits (advanced peeps) :  Limit your breaks. Push yourself hard in each minute.
  • B-fits (beginner peeps):  Go at a slower speed, take breaks when needed. Follow the modifications we mentioned in the video.  If just starting out try to do each move for 20 – 30 seconds.

Now get yourself warmed up and the come sweat it out with us in real time.

This movember minute workout is a great workout to do when you’re short on time.

Perfect to do when you are traveling as no equipment is required. Well besides a moustache tank and a smile :)

Now as we enter the last month of the year, we are really going to focus on being present in the moment.  Loving ourselves for who we are (even our flaws). Continue to work hard everyday, while always remembering to laugh as much as possible. Life is too short to be living in the past. Just do the best you can with what you got! We hope you join us!
