Hey Purely Fit Friends,
This time of year everyone is thinking about eating too much, drinking too much, and not moving enough.
Today’s Purely Fit Life workout literally kicked our butts! A 500 rep body weight time challenge.
This is 500 rep workout took us WAY LONGER than we thought. You all know we are big fans of workouts that under 30 minutes. Well this one took us over 30 minutes to complete. WHOA!!
Yay, we know.
So get yourself ready for this total body fat torching workout.
We designed this workout to be fun and challenging that you can do with your family or maybe a co-worker. ‘Tis the season for sharing right? 🙂
This workout is filled with some great body weight exercises that will challenge you. Like our plank ankle double taps. Start in high plank position, try to keep hips centered to the floor, and abs engaged the whole time. Focus on reaching for your ankles while pushing your butt in the air. This works the whole body. By the end of 50 reps you will be feeling it all over!
And you know we had to put a burpee in this workout. Well, we threw in half burpees. Took out the push-up part. Although not sure what we were thinking when we added burpees in this workout, haha

- A-fits (advanced peeps) : Limit your breaks. Push yourself hard. Move as fast as you can.
- B-fits (beginner peeps): Go at a slower speed, take breaks when needed. Follow the modifications we mentioned in the video. Try to do 25 reps.
